Izinga Access (Pty) Ltd is a business process outsourcing company, established in 1996 with extensive experience in the home emergency and maintenance industry and specifically the geyser installation and repairs, geyser supply management, and geyser warranty management industry.

Among our clients are banks, insurance companies, a large municipality, an international manufacturing company and various others.

Our Accident Management Programme has been successfully implemented for clients such as Mutual & Federal, Alexander Forbes, First National Bank Insurance Brokers and Mercedez Benz Financial Services.

Our company uses the British Sampling Standard for documentation of each element of the Quality Management System (QMS).  The QMS has been applied in terms of the documentation of each process within the Operational Department.  The Operational Department includes the Contact Centre Processes in respect of call handling workflows, new client implementations or existing client process amendments, support such as query resolution, agent quality assessment, coaching and training.

We strive towards complete implementation of ISO 9001:2004 to adhere to International Quality Requirements by end 2010.  It is not Izinga Access’ intent to exclude any ISO requirements in the drive towards continuous improvement and ultimately the complete implementation of ISO 9001:2004.
