Izinga offers access to a variety of services to clients, suppliers and staff via our online portal.

Service Providers Accounts

Izinga provides a self-service portal where service providers manage their own accounts, services and contact information.  These accounts are automatically created for service providers who have been approved by Izinga Access and our clients.

How do I get an account?

Clients can contact us to request secure access to interactive live data & information dashboards.

Service provider accounts are available only to company’s that have been pre-approved by Izinga.

I can’t remember my password

If you cannot remember your password, just click on the “Forgot password?” link on the right. You will need to enter your email address, and we will send instructions to reset your password to your email address.

Once you’ve reset your password, you can log in as usual.

What can I do with my supplier account?
  • Manage company details
  • Edit contact details
  • Manage services that you provide
  • Manage locations of your offices & the areas where you provide services
  • Deal with Izinga / client queries
  • Submit invoices and check their statuses
  • View Izinga SLA’s & service fees
  • Access direct support channels
I’m an approved service provider, but I don’t have an account

If you are the owner / director of one of our approved service providers, please contact our offices and speak to our procurement department to enable your account.

If you are a staff member of an approved service provider, the company’s owner / director can create additional accounts for your company by loggin into the portal.  Please ask them to log in with their account and to create a staff account for you.

I have a query regarding my account

If you have a query regarding your company or account, please log in and click on the “SUPPORT” link in the top menu to create a support ticket. Alternatively, please contact our offices and speak to our procurement department for matters regarding your company / account.



All data between your computer and the Web Services Portal is encrypted by SSL technology to keep your info and access to your account secure, but it remains your responsibility to keep your account information secret.

Becuase the Web Services Portal is a live system where all changes take immediate affect in our call-centre systems, anyone who gains knowledge of your login details will be able to change your company’s details – and will be able to completely suspend the services that you provide to us.

If you suspect any fraudulent activity, please contact our procurement department immediately.
